Ordinary assistance-phone – Free Speech

• Telephone speech understanding of issues of network and pc
• Telephone assistance for remote operations, planning on center or on site

Postal Service-Remote Intervention/Office – 30 minute slots (the customer must allow us to LOG ME IN installation on PCs and servers)

• Remote intervention of installing and uninstalling software
• Remote intervention and/or backup restore of your data
• Remote intervention systems update/programs (including antivirus and antispyware)
• Remote maintenance intervention file systems
• Automatic Alarms management (space disco, patches and updates of the machine etc)
• Generation of Reports
• Meetings with customer
• Analysis
• Systems engineer telephone support on site

Extraordinary Intervention on site support (minimum time fractions posted = 2 hours, 2 hours of work)

• Work at your offices for operating system installation
• Work at your offices for removing viruses and spyware that require rebooting the PC
• Work at your offices to set up cables, sockets and network malfunctions
• Work at your offices for new network configuration
• Work at your offices on issues of using internet packages
• Work at your offices on issues of using office automation packages

– Delivery service (1 hour south of Milan until 2 hours old, centro nord milano, pie listing for other locations)

• Hardware recovery to maintain in the laboratory
